Lost Packages

Refund Processing

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If visible damage is present upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment (where possible) and contacting our support team immediately.

If damage is discovered after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and its original packaging.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Nuzzinel will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
